Avaya Infinity: Unlocking Value with the Infinity Partner Instance

Infinity is the key to Avaya's CCaaS strategy. A large share of contact centers cannot use it, because they do not meet the minimum seat count. J Zucchetto shows how the Infinity partner instance changes that math for sub-200-seat operations.

IAUG Converge 2026

The First Gage Session of the Week

This breakout opens the Gage speaking schedule in Savannah, and it starts with a problem most of the room has: you like what Infinity promises, but the seat requirements put it out of reach.

Breakout Mon, Nov 23:40 to 4:40 PMMeeting Room 204

J Zucchetto is Director of Technical Pre-Sales Engineering at Gage Technologies, with 23+ years designing and proving communication solutions. His demos are working systems, not recordings.

The Session

What the Partner Instance Actually Is

The session explains what the Infinity partner instance is, why it matters, and how partners work with customers to take advantage of Avaya Infinity at contact center sizes that would not qualify on their own: down to roughly 20 seats, where the standard direct model starts around 500.

It is not a slide about a demo environment. It is a walkthrough of a strategic platform:

Enablement
Solution Validation

The session is built for partners, sales leaders, solution architects, technical sellers, and ecosystem stakeholders.

CCaaS strategies have historically assumed scale that most organizations do not have. The partner instance removes that assumption: innovation showcase, use case validation, and readiness building on the platform you would actually run. Avaya's own positioning backs the direction: the Infinity platform earned recognition in Omdia's 2026 Universe assessment of customer engagement platforms, and Gartner predicts agentic AI will autonomously resolve 80% of common customer service issues by 2029. The question for a sub-200-seat contact center is not whether to get on that path. It is how, and the partner instance is the practical answer. J returns to the stage Tuesday morning alongside Randy Carroll for the ASBCE certificate automation session, and the Gage booth team can walk the partner instance live at booth 200 all week.
